The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania approves the disbursement and allocation of IOLTA funds after consideration of recommendations presented to it by the IOLTA Board.  IOLTA grant funds can be used for (1) the delivery of civil legal assistance to the poor and disadvantaged in Pennsylvania by non-profit corporations,  (2) educational legal clinical programs and internships directed to the civil legal assistance of the poor and disadvantaged, and (3) the administration of justice in Pennsylvania
